This is a famous comtemporary art museum in the upstate of New York.
Beacon is a small town and Dia: is the best and most comfortable museum I've ever visited in New York. Let's simply put it this way: I like it. This town reminds me of Arrow Town in New Zealand, which is also a small, cute town, however in southern hemisphere.
I went there today by train with Ching-Yi, Jason, Linda and David. We really had a laid-back kind of day and enjoyed the sunshine outside New York City.
Again, this trip marked another few "first-time" in New York - first time riding on a train in New York, first time going to the farest place outside of New York City in America, first time being inside Grand Central Station ...
My favourite art piece is the artwork designed by Sol LeWitt. He (or she) seems to have obvious preference of using basic geometric objects to create his work.
Another easy relaxing day.
